In therapy, Myla integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Mindfulness. Myla believes in creating a non-judgemental, empathetic caring space to discover ourselves. Myla believes that although each of us have all gone through different difficulties in life, they can be overcome with support and time. We should not have to process or deal with our difficulties alone. Learning how to build our tools, emotional regulation, and support systems we can learn to better cope with anxiety and depression. Myla integrates an anti-racist and anti-oppressive approach and is committed to ongoing growth and learning. Myla looks forward to walking alongside you on your growth journey.
