Natalie is a registered social worker and holds a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Toronto Metropolitan University (previously Ryerson Polytechnic University) and a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Windsor. Natalie began her social work career in 1999 working with children and families struggling with substance abuse, mental health issues, poverty and parent-child conflict.

Natalie is a compassionate, empathetic and strength-based social worker who has a strong desire to make a positive difference in her client’s lives. Since 2020, Natalie’s focus in her work has been depression and anxiety management and helping her clients cultivate healthy coping skills, reduce stress, achieve work/ life balance and increase self worth.

Grounded in mindfulness and meditation practices, Natalie tailors her therapeutic interventions to suit each client's unique needs. Natalie encourages growth and self discovery in helping individuals access the tools they need to navigate through life’s challenges. Her approach is client centred, focusing on evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.

Natalie strives to provide a safe place where her clients feel respected and empowered. And as a lifelong learner, Natalie continuously explores relevant training in order to best support her clients.

Natalie’s rate is $160 for a 50-minute individual session, and $295 for a 75 minute family session.
