Psychotherapy is process where a licensed professional uses psychological methods to help a person change behaviours and overcome problems that arise. The process takes several interactions with a qualified therapist. Psychotherapy is used to help address problematic thoughts and address difficulties a person is having. Psychotherapy treats many different mental health disorders including Depression, Anxiety, Marital problems, Addictions and many more. Before your first session, you will be required to fill out an intake and sign a consent form to start psychotherapy services. You will then meet your therapist and go over your intake form with her/him and at this time your therapist will get to know you and your situation a bit better.
During this time you will be able to ask questions and elaborate on the responses you gave in your intake. The therapist will then create a treatment plan that works for you.

Our services are not covered by OHIP or government-funded but are covered with most work benefits under “Registered Social Worker” or “Registered Psychotherapist” or “Naturopathic Medicine. We are also authorized medical practitioners for the medical expense tax credit. Our fees are below:
Individual Counselling
$120-$180 per 50 min session
Intake Sessions- $180-$240 per 75 min session
Couples Counselling- $180 per 50 min session or $270 per 75 min
Family Counselling- $295 per 75 min
Naturopathic Services
Virtual Meet and Greet- 15 mins free Consultation
75 min $225- Initial Intake
30 min $105- Naturopathic Follow up
45 min $145- Extended Follow up
