Juliet is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW). She holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Work and is currently finishing up her master’s degree in Counselling Psychology.

Juliet has done substantial work supporting vulnerable populations and those with diagnosed and undiagnosed mental illness. She has experience supporting adults, adolescents, youth, and families in various settings across Canada. Juliet is passionate about working with diverse groups of people and individuals to be empowered and remain grounded when going through difficulties that arise or exploring the impacts of trauma in their lives. She is an immigrant to Canada from the Caribbean and has insight to the realities of assimilation and importance of integrating a culturally sensitive approach with clients.

Juliet’s therapeutic work is founded on providing support, empathy, and strong relationships in a safe, non-judgemental atmosphere. She regards importance to giving a voice to clients where they can share their experiences, and journeys to aide processing of emotions, thoughts, and internal conflicts. She is confident and uses transparency to connect with clients in order to educate and build resiliency. Drawing from various approaches, Juliet is well versed and caters the form of therapy to suit the comfortability, and best interests of the client. As a growing practitioner, she always uses a collaborative and integrative approach in order to learn, develop, and support goals outlined by her clients.

Juliet’s rate is $120 for a 50 minute individual session.
