Martin’s approach is integrative and dynamic, combining different evidence-based perspectives to inform his practice, ensuring that your work together is uniquely tailored to your goals and meets your needs.
Some of the evidence-based modalities that inform his work are emotion-focused therapy, internal family systems, psychodynamic therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions. Martin also work with couples through the Gottman method.
Martin’s rate is $160 for a 50 minute individual session, and $200 for a 50 minute couples session.
