Victoria has an honours BA in Sociology with a minor in Family and Child Studies from the University of Guelph, and is currently completing her MA in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University.

Victoria is an empathetic and caring individual who has a passion to help others be the best version of themselves. She works from a holistic mindset with a person-centred and strengths-based approach. Victoria enjoys incorporating various modalities into her practice, such as cognitive-behavioural, solution-focused, and psychodynamic psychotherapy, as well as being dedicated to ongoing learning and professional development.

Victoria has worked with various age groups, from young children to seniors, handling crisis de-escalation, trauma, and mental health support. She is able to help clients work through different life concerns, such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, and self-esteem. Building the therapeutic relationship is very important; she wants to create a safe space for people to feel cared for and comfortable sharing what they need. Victoria genuinely enjoys being there for others as they grow and heal.

Victoria’s rate for a 50-minute session is $120 (Pay What You Can program available!)
