Hello, my name is Areeba, I recently completed my Bachelors of Science Honours degree from York University with a major in Biology and a minor in Medical Anthropology.

I have always placed an importance on health and wellness, in both physical and mental aspects. As in my experience both impact how we think, feel and act as individuals. Which is why I believe taking care of them is necessary for promoting overall well being.
